Description: My wife and I purchased our first home this year, & the process was made much easier because of the representation of Sondra McFeeters. The home we purchased was in the process of being built & that was exciting because we were able to pick colors & carpet/tile. Sondra volunteered to be present at each meeting we had & her experience proved to be helpful in our selections when it came to quality & coordination of colors. We changed lenders part way through the process, & this caused us to be up against our deadline for having our funds secured. Sondra worked diligently with our new lender to help push the process through. In all, I felt as if Sondra was truly working to get the best home for my wife and I, getting to know our likes and dislikes with location & style in mind. She was always in contact through e-mail or by phone & she was there at our closing & made sure we understood that process.
